What does this set of exercises do?
It strengthens the jaw muscles, relaxes the masticatory muscles, increases mobility of the lower jaw and reduces the occurrence of clicking when the jaw opens.

Diaphragm Relaxation Complex
What does this set of exercises do?
When our diaphragm relaxes:
1) we breathe deeper, it calms our mind and body.
2) A relaxed diaphragm facilitates an effective blood supply to the body, as the large vessels of the body pass through the diaphragm.
3) a quality blood supply improves the body's immune system and strengthens its defenses.

What does this set of exercises do?
It helps to solve the problem of a curved spine, to stimulate the muscular corset and restore its functionality, to eliminate problems caused by bad posture. Exercises stimulate muscles, joints and trigger points, ensuring effective recovery.

What does this set of exercises do?
